First Africa Media Exchange (AMEx)

Counterpart International has agreed to partner with the International Institute for Peace through Tourism in organizing the first ever Africa Media Exchange (A-MEx) as part of the 4 th IIPT African Conference on Peace through Tourism. The Media Exchange will bring together notable journalists from Africa, Europe and North America.
 
The aim of the Media Exchange is to develop a media/public relations strategy that will result in a more balanced and accurate image of Africa: its land – its cultures and heritage - and its people; and increased international awareness of Africa 's rich mosaic of sustainable tourism initiatives, destinations and products.
