Terms and Conditions:  The Organizing Committee and the Conference Host Committee, their representatives and their agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of any kind whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly or in connection with the 3rd IIPT African Conference.  The Organizing Committee and the Conference Host Committee, their representatives and their agents reserve the right to cancel or amend any or all of the programmed or related activities when deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.  All fees should be paid with this Registration Form.  All incidental expenditures incurred must be settled directly with provider.
